G.R.O.W.T.H. was created by Urban Holistic Center to bring about a shift in the way women think and feel. To bring about change within ourselves we must recognize and heal what’s holding us back from our higher selves. G.R.O.W.T.H. stands for:

Women

Healing
G.R.O.W.T.H. will guide women in redefining opportunities for themselves through healing their mind, body, and spirit. G.R.O.W.T.H will also provide a safe and nurturing space for women to accept their feelings and experiences, take creative risks, and allow their desires to take shape and blossom. We will help women explore their relationship with the divine, families, friends, women, men and most importantly self.
