Me Time

One of the things I’ve learned in the last couple of years is that you have to make time for yourself!   The first question most people ask when I say that is:

How do you accomplish that if you have a busy schedule?”

I say, make the time!

I always ask my clients “If you don’t make time for yourself, how do you expect anyone else to make time for you?”  Start off small by making a list of three things you can do for yourself every week.  It can be anything from taking a walk to a yoga class, as long as you’re getting some ME TIME!  So go on, make your list!
